In April, our 9-12 graders took a field trip to see the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky.
Located halfway between Cincinnati and Lexington, the Ark Encounter features a full-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions found in the Bible. The ark spans 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, and provided our students with a unique opportunity to visualize a very important story in the Bible.
Walking through the Ark Encounter, students were able to see for themselves the scale of Noah’s incredible act of faith.
